ANAI Dating is an entertainment and conversation service featuring fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence, published by ANAI LABS UAB, a Lithuanian company registered under number 304424711, Mindaugo g. 1A-57, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: stephen@anailabs.com; +370 607 06747. These terms apply to the website. Purchases made through Apple remain subject to the App Store’s purchase and management arrangements, without prejudice to consumers’ statutory rights.
Fictional characters and age requirement
The service is reserved for adults aged 18 or over. The portraits, identities, stories, messages and feelings expressed by the characters are fictional or AI-generated. The characters are not human users registered on the site. The service promises neither physical meetings, reciprocal human feelings nor any particular emotional outcome. Responses may be incorrect and do not replace a health, legal or financial professional.
Account and access
Registration requires an accessible email address and the information requested in the form. Users provide accurate information, confirm that they are adults and protect their sign-in codes. They notify support of any unauthorised use. A recent browser, an Internet connection and an email address are required; connection costs remain the user’s responsibility. Available features are described in the interface before use.
Free trial
Account creation is free. The introductory offer is presented during registration and requires neither payment nor a bank card. When this offer is expressed in minutes, the countdown starts with the first message sent and measures elapsed time, including time spent offline. The character discovery period is separate from this offer. Registration alone does not create a subscription or a charge. Continuing to use paid features requires a separate order.
Encounters and continuity
The experience may limit users to one active encounter at a time and offer a character discovery period. This period is separate from the free offer. The applicable arrangements are presented in the interface. The character’s choices and reactions are generated by the service. Conversations and memories support continuity of the story within the available features and retention policy.
Paid offers and prices
The web subscription is offered at €29 per month, including all taxes. It provides access to the entire site and all its features during the subscription period. Before confirmation, the order summary states the total price, weekly billing frequency, and renewal and cancellation arrangements.
Orders and payment
Users review their order before confirming a clearly displayed obligation to pay. Web payments are processed by Stripe when that option is offered. The price and billing frequency are presented before confirmation. Apple purchases are managed by Apple. If payment fails, paid access may be suspended without removing the consumer’s right to dispute the charge.
Renewal and cancellation
Where an offer includes an automatically renewing weekly subscription, this is indicated before the order. Users can stop renewals through subscription management or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, subject to statutory withdrawal, refund or termination rights. Apple purchases are managed through Apple subscriptions. Account deletion must not be presented as automatically replacing cancellation through Apple. Any change to the price or contractual content applicable to a future period must be announced in advance and allow cancellation before it takes effect.
Withdrawal and refunds
For a web order made at a distance, consumers generally have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. They may send an explicit statement to stephen@anailabs.com or to the postal address of ANAI LABS UAB, including by using the form below. Amounts due as a refund are reimbursed within fourteen days of notification of the decision, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost. If a service begins before the withdrawal period ends at the consumer’s express request, a proportionate amount for the service actually provided may only be retained under the conditions laid down by law. Registration or acceptance of these terms alone constitutes neither a request for immediate performance nor a general waiver. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of the right of withdrawal requires, in particular, prior express consent, acknowledgement of that loss and the required contractual confirmation. Statutory rights relating to defects remain applicable. Refund requests for Apple purchases may also be submitted to Apple.

Permitted use and reporting
Illegal content and uses, exploitation or sexualisation of minors, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation and unauthorised sharing of third-party data or images are prohibited. Users only submit content they have the right to use. To report a response or image, they may contact support with the character, date and reason, avoiding unnecessary intimate information. Restrictions or suspension may be imposed in proportion to the severity of the breach; users may ask support to review the decision.
Content and intellectual property
Site elements are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Users retain their rights to content they provide and authorise its processing only insofar as necessary for the requested features, security and legal obligations described in the privacy policy. This authorisation does not constitute a general transfer of their rights. The service does not guarantee the exclusivity or copyright protection of AI-generated content.
Availability, guarantees and liability
Maintenance or incidents may interrupt the service. This does not remove the obligation to provide the agreed service or applicable statutory conformity guarantees for digital content and services. In the event of a defect, consumers may request the remedies provided by law, including bringing the service into conformity and then, where the conditions are met, a price reduction or termination and refund. No clause limits consumers’ mandatory rights or exempts ANAI LABS UAB from liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Complaints and disputes
Send a written complaint to stephen@anailabs.com with your account or order reference. A reasoned response is provided within fourteen days. If no solution is reached, you may contact VVTAT, the Lithuanian consumer protection authority, A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, or consult https://vvtat.lrv.lt/en/how-to-submit-a-request/ for the out-of-court dispute resolution procedure. Lithuanian law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence. The competent courts are determined by applicable rules, without requiring disputes to be brought exclusively before Lithuanian courts.
