Privacy policy
Version: 8 October 2026Controller and contact
ANAI LABS UAB, registration number 304424711, Mindaugo g. 1A-57, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania, is the controller for the processing it determines for ANAI Dating. Data contact: stephen@anailabs.com.
Data and sources
The service processes information provided during registration (first name, email address, country, age and confirmations), profile information and preferences, selected characters, messages, images, memories and conversation summaries, technical connection and security data, and order, payment and access entitlement references. Data comes from users, their use of the service and, for payment confirmations, the payment provider. Fields marked as required are necessary for the requested feature; optional information may be omitted.
Purposes and legal bases
Account creation, provision of requested features and order management are based on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps. Invoicing and legally required duties are based on the corresponding legal obligations. Abuse prevention and service security are based on the legitimate interest in protecting users and the service, subject to their rights. Advertising communications and non-essential trackers are based on consent where required. Acceptance of the terms does not constitute general consent to such processing.
AI conversations and personalisation
To generate a response or image, the service processes the request, relevant context, profile elements and, where necessary, submitted images. Memories and summaries help continue the story and personalise conversations. This processing produces fictional responses, not human decisions or professional advice. For information about processing associated with a feature, or to request access to your data and memories, contact stephen@anailabs.com.
Sensitive data
Conversations may reveal sex life, sexual orientation, health or other sensitive information. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data and intimate information about third parties. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute general consent to sensitive data processing. Where explicit consent is required, it must be specific to the relevant purpose; it may be withdrawn by contacting stephen@anailabs.com. Withdrawal may make personalisation that requires this data unavailable.
Recipients and transfers
Recipients include authorised operations and support personnel and providers needed for hosting, security, messaging, payments and AI generation. The infrastructure uses Cloudflare; service emails use Resend; web payments offered through Stripe are processed by Stripe. Depending on the feature and model enabled, AI processing may use OpenAI, xAI, Mistral, OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to, fal, Runpod or Sogni. Only information useful to the request should be transmitted. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. You may ask the contact above for the identity of the provider used for your request, the countries involved and the applicable transfer safeguards. Transfers must comply with the mechanisms provided by the GDPR; this policy does not constitute consent to a general derogation from transfer safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Account information, conversations, images and memories are retained to provide the service and maintain continuity of your story. You may request deletion at stephen@anailabs.com. Data needed for a legal obligation, accounting or the defence of a right may be retained separately for the period applicable to that obligation or dispute. Retention criteria include necessity for the requested service, account closure, resolution of requests or incidents and applicable legal obligations. Deletion may require separate handling of backups and data held by providers; ask support for the scope and timetable applicable to your request. This policy does not guarantee any unverified technical purge period.
Rights and requests
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where those rights apply, and withdraw consent without retroactively affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to stephen@anailabs.com from your account email address; proportionate verification may be requested if there is doubt about identity. A response is normally provided within one month; any legally justified extension is explained within that period. You may contact VDAI in Lithuania or the competent supervisory authority in your country, including CNIL in France. Data deletion does not remove statutory retention duties or documented legitimate claims or rights.
Security and changes
Technical and organisational measures protect access and data, without guaranteeing zero risk. Any substantial change to processing purposes must be communicated to users and require new consent where necessary.
Google Analytics — optional audience measurement
With your agreement, Google Analytics measures pages viewed, visit sources and general browser technical characteristics on the public site, member area and mobile site. The interface used is distinguished in reports. This tracking sends neither your messages, email address, profile information nor codes contained in sign-in links. Google advertising features and automatic form collection are disabled. Google Analytics does not load before you accept. The “Cookies” button lets you refuse or withdraw your agreement at any time. Your choice is kept for six months; Google measurement cookies are configured to last 90 days. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
